Adage of spring

(flowers in the backyard, spring is coming to town - a new saying I invented)

While others are going through a snow-storm (Stephanie), I discovered it was spring over here. There's flowers everywhere...it was so hot I had to take my sweater off and be sleeveless in the balcony... Oh my God, obscene! ;P
I'm reading a really good book by Kate Atkinson, called Case Histories. She is one of my favourite writers - I'm crazy about one she wrote called Emotionally Weird (it's a must). But this one is supposed to be her best. We shall wait and see. So far it provided me a wonderful time reading under the sun. If I weren't so white, I'd say I was getting tanned. But I'm not, sadly :P

  1. Madelyn: me too. Are you a saggitarius by any chance? Purple is the colour of that sign.

  2. I love the flowers - are they really purple? They're gorgeous.
I'm not a saggitarius either but really partial to purples (er, and pink and red)

  3. I thought it was getting warmer here. Then I forced myself out of bed to the car and it was frozen over.

  7. Madelyn: Don't be silly, of course you can link me. I will link you too, if you don't mind. Maybe you have some traces of saggitarius in you. I've recently become addicted to greens too.

Ladymiss: Yes, they're just like the picture "describes" but it was getting dark, the light isn't so good. Those seem to me like feminine colours, for a ladymiss :)

Eusoh: I was cold today too, the weather changed. It might rain. (slight possibility)

FB: My camera is fixed, there was a little problem with the USB door in the computer. I'm glad Chelsea lost, all those wins aren't good for the spirit of the team ;) And they played really badly.

Cathy: Spring will get there sooner or later. In the meantime you can get some shots of it through this space, if you like.

Valerene: It's a magnolia. It's still a small tree but with big flowers on top.

  9. I have the ascendant in Sagitarious, whatever it means + Plus sun in Aries = Fire everywhere. Don't wanna think in summer...

  10. Stephanie: I guess the groundhog was right :( But don't lose hope, you'll get your spring.

Omara: that's funny because I'm the opposite: sun is saggitarius and ascendant in Aries :) No one can mess with us - fire women ;)
