Hot Chocolate with banana

Sorry Chloe but I couldn't find a recipe for hot chocolate without milk in my cookbooks but I found this one and I thought it looked yummy.

(my terrible camera made this picture of my cookbook)

Recipe for 4 people: (beware! my cooking vocabulary might be really poor!)
2 large spoons of cocoa
4 large spoons of cold water
7,5 dl of non-fat milk
1 piece of vanilla (split in half)
1/2 spoon (small) cinnamon
1 medium banana, in little pieces
2 large spoons of regular yogurt
1 small spoon of dark chocolate (grated)

1 - Mix the cocoa with the water until you get some sort of a paste. Add half the milk slowly and keep mixing with a spoon.

2 - Add the vanilla and the cinnamon and put on the stove until it boils and don't stop mixing for 2-3 minutes. Then get the piece of vanilla out of the mix.

3 - Mix the banana with the rest of the milk until it gets creamy. Then add it to the chocolate until it boils again.

4 - Get it out of the stove, add the yogurt, mix it well and serve with chocolate sprinkles.

This is from a health book so it's supposed to be low in fat. This has 110 calories, 2 grams of fat, 16 of carbo-hidrates, one of fibre and 0 sugar. Even I feel like having one of these :)

I've never tried anything like this before, but it sounds very yummy!

Daybyday: this recipe comes right next to other that you serve cold; this one doesn't say anything, it's probably better hot but it might be good with ice as well, I think.

Chloe: but even if you did, this one doesn't have many, I think.

Cathy: I'm not one for trying much in the kitchen either but I might try this one.

I can make biscuits. Go to the shop buy a pack of whatever your fave is and place in a bowl. Now that is pretty much my culinary skills

Esuoh: lol, that reminds me of when I was a kid and was home alone I wanted to bake things. One time, I put some biscuits in the oven but they melted and fell to the bottom of the oven...I hadn't put a tray underneath them.

Omara: I think chocolate is good for the soul.

sorry for my ignorance but what does dl stand for?

Valerene: Dl is decilitre - it's 10 times smaller than a litre. You probably don't use those measures there.

Yes, and for everything ,-)
