Mercury Prize

I was trying to figure out if they had announced the winner yet. They're playing M.I.A. on Radio 1 now, really crazy music but, as most critics put it, addictive. It's not exactly nice but after hearing it a couple of times, I'm starting to dance along with it.
They haven't announced it yet, I think the favorites are the Kaiser Chiefs but I don't think the favorites usually win this award.
Who cares anyway?...

I had a really lazy day today. Usually when I'm studying I get urges to do just about everything, but when I have nothing to do, I don't feel like doing anything at all. Plus, it rained today and the day was too grey and foggy to cheer me up.
Anthony and the Johnsons are being played now, it's the kind of thing I would like...actually, I like it. But I think there's already enough music to depress me ;)

Well, not exactly. I realized it's a cultural thing. It is the colour of hope here in Portugal, at least. :)

LOL Steve
Antony and the Johnsons won, so I guess the favorites don't win at this prize.
