Still sunny and hot

I wonder if Autumn will ever show up...it's just like July here now.
Not much to tell:

- I'm still enjoying my holidays and dreading the day I'll have to start working.
- I need to do some serious clothes shopping this weekend. I especially need some "professional-looking" trousers and a jacket that doesn't make me look like I'm 15.
- I bought Vogue to give me some ideas but the trends this year aren't that lovely...
- I saw the film "Road to Perdition" with Tom Hanks. It's good but all that killing made me sad...
- I'm off to get some lunch!

Hope you're all doing fine. See ya :)

Autumn fell fast here today. There has been a 50° difference in the last 48 hours (St. Paul, Minnesota, USA)

Steve: you'll have your opportunity eventually.

Morgan: wow, that's a huge difference!

how sad. i've never seen autumn in real life before, but i hear that it makes people depressed. like you, i've been hunting for autumns newest trends, but they are all brownish, greenish, purplish (by far the nicest shade), greyish and blackish. but i guess that is the trademark of autumn. get a wraparound over a chiffon blouse. i think that will look great. and a good pair of boots, girl!

i never saw that movie, but i just watched prozac nation. freakin' good movie. enjoy your day!

Yes, I agree, Val, the colours this year are too dark. I will get some boots, definitely :)

Daybyday: I'm sorry it's so cold over there. Today it's raining here and it's not that hot anymore so...soon I'll have to start thinking of sweaters. But the cold makes me really uncomfortable. But the cold there must be sort of dry, right? Whilst here, it's really humid.
