Just because I don't have a single interesting idea to tell you about, it doesn't mean that I can't blog - does it?
I can:
a) do a picture update with some pictures you haven't seen and you can comment about how stunning they are (I'm being ironic here, not that the view isn't pretty);
b) use somebody else's words to quote and produce some philosophic thinking;
c) tell you about some song lyrics that usually make me cry (an endless fountain of posts that would be);
d) post a video - either a musical one, or a funny one, or a football one (not from last night, that was a poor show);
e) tell you about random facts, for instance that my club F.C. Porto is the european club with more titles won so far this century (namely 4 championships, 3 portuguese cups, 4 portuguese supercups, 1 Champions' League, 1 Uefa Cup, 1 International Cup). ha :) We're still basically penniless and always in need to sell our best players. Football is a tough business.
f) blog about the weather - it's been a rainy grey week, but the temperatures are mild, making it somewhat thundery.

Is this a vote? I like the photos one (and they are stunning...especially the last one...do you sense a theme in what I like in Porto?), and I vote that you do a weather post next. ;-)
lol no, it's not a vote. It was me thinking outloud, not being particularly interested in doing any of the options.
The weather one is done there - nothing much to say, except DULL!
i love the one with the red umbrellas. I want to be there and drink coffee.
Awful weather here too. Hey, the English have built an empire talking about the weather, why not you?
The first one was indeed stunning.Liked that sole lady looking out at what seemed like endless possibilities--Ah the hopeless poet and romantic in me!!!

Chloe: Hmmm coffee, portuguese coffee is really good, I must say. At least when we go to a foreign country we usually miss it, except if the visited country is Italy. But that's a matter of opinion.
PS: You can only see it if you look closely at the picture enlarged but the lady is actually with a guy, they're talking face to face. I wanted to make a romantic photo but you couldn't see the 2 of them - they merged, oh how romantic! lol
I too like the first one..I also noticed that it contained two people!..
you can keep on clicked photos of Porto as long as you like..they're beautiful. Lets see some of the people..and dare i say it....lets see you!
hey portugal looks so colorful..thanks a lot for sharing..
the photos are stunning. and so is the devil. and there is NO irony here :)
i liked the second one best!
Niall: You're very observant then! As for photographing people I try not to because I'm afraid they won't like it. And as for me I have no interest in putting pictures of myself on the internet, no, no no...lol
Diyadear: It can be colourful, depending on the sun light, but it can also be pretty grey..
Thanks Dharmabum! :) But why is the devil stunning?
