It's Father's Day here in Portugal. I baked a cake for my Dad. It's an apple cake. It turned out well, I was pleased. Want a piece?

Rositta: And me...I hadn't baked a cake for years!
Violet: lol neither did I. It tasted good too. Perhaps I missed your virtual cooking.
Miss Iyer: Wouldn't it be lovely if we could do that (without the cake crumbling along the way)?
Dharmabum: Inshallah! :) I really don't cook that much but I'd try for you.
Kim: Don't worry, I have vanilla ice-cream here with macadamia nuts ;)))
PS: OH, I'd love to send it to you :)
That looks yummy..I shall point this post out to my children as Father's Day in UK is in June..so they'll get lots of warning..and hopefully the overn will get lots of warming!
Niall: LOL Since it's June, suggest ice cream :)

Scholiast: Even though the people in my house aren't cake-lovers, it was gone before I noticed hehe. I'm sending you some virtual cake.
